Shipping & Delivery Guidelines

  1. We provide an estimated delivery time on our Shipping page. However, these are indicative and depend on our shipping partners.

  2. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, distance, and our logistics partners.
    While we are not liable for any courier delays, we’ll assist you in tracking your package through our partner services.

  3. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with tracking details so you can monitor your package easily.

  4. Any refusal of COD orders will result in deactivation of COD for future orders.

  5. In certain pin codes, our courier partners may not support COD; hence, this option might be unavailable.

  6. For special or time-bound delivery requests, please email us or mention your requirements in the order comments.
    We’ll try our best to fulfill your request, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

  7. All orders within India are shipped through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery and Xpressbees.
    If your address is in an area not covered by these partners, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution for delivery.

  8. For any cancellations, please email us within 4 hours of placing the order.
    Once an order is shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
    We will be unable to process refunds for:

    • Orders cancelled at the doorstep, or

    • Orders where there have been three failed delivery attempts by our courier partner.
